“Physio Fit” Group Circuit Training Sessions

Physio Fit has become a popular option for individuals who like to workout along side others in a small class setting. These fun and challenging classes are offered in both the morning and night to adapt to different schedules. The exercise circuits address total body strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Our certified personal trainers lead these classes 5 days a week in Physio Pro’s gym area. Classes can only accommodate 10 participants, so call and reserve your spot today!
